Privacy Policy
How Infused Wholesale ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through this website.
1. Who we are
Infused Wholesale is a contract manufacturing and product formulation company serving supplement and wellness brands, operating from Placer County, California. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through this website, including its inquiry forms and the client login area. It does not cover information you provide to us outside the website (for example, in a signed manufacturing agreement), which is governed by the terms of that relationship.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide through our forms. The website offers three forms, and the information each collects depends on what you submit:
- Start Your Project: your name, email, phone number, company name, website, and location (state and country), along with the project details you choose to share, such as product type, formats, ingredients, volumes, timeline, budget, and any notes or files you attach.
- Contact: your name, email, phone number, company, website, the type of inquiry, your message, and any files you attach.
- Client Request (available to logged-in clients): the details of your request, submitted alongside your account information.
Account information. If we create a client account for you, we store your name, email address, company name, and a client identifier we assign. Account holders set a password, which is stored in encrypted form. Approved clients may be assigned a unique client identifier for account administration, request routing, and project management purposes. When approved clients submit requests through the client area, those submissions may be associated with their assigned client account, company name, email address, and client identifier.
Files you upload. Documents submitted through our forms (for example, specifications or label artwork) are received and reviewed by our internal team. We generally handle uploaded files and project materials in a commercially reasonable confidential manner consistent with our normal business practices.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of access. We and our service providers also use cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and discuss potential projects.
- To manage active projects and client accounts, including the client request area.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse (including through bot-protection tools).
- To send you communications related to your inquiry or account.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that help us operate. We use trusted third parties to run the site and manage inquiries, including HubSpot (customer relationship management, where contact and project details are stored), Google (business email, a backup record of submissions, and website fonts), Slack (internal notifications when a form is submitted), our website hosting provider, and a bot-protection provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Infused Wholesale, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Information submitted through website forms may be stored and managed within HubSpot CRM for customer relationship management, inquiry review, project evaluation, client communication, and operational follow up.
5. How long we keep it
We retain inquiry, project, account, and submission records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate opportunities, manage client relationships, support operational and manufacturing records, meet legal, accounting, quality, compliance, and dispute resolution obligations, and maintain business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete, archive, or de-identify it in accordance with our internal practices and applicable law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and keep it secure. These include cookies set by WordPress and by our login system (to keep you signed in to the client area), and cookies set by our bot-protection provider on pages with forms. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions, including the ability to log in. If additional analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies are implemented in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those technologies and the choices available to users.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, and we treat project files as confidential. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your request before acting on it. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may request information necessary to verify your identity and an agent's authority before processing a request, and we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Other residents. If you are located elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
10. Children's privacy
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Nothing on the website guarantees regulatory approval, commercial success, product performance, or any specific outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infused Wholesale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infused Wholesale's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
